Centralized Management Application (CMA)


Hôpitel’s Cloud-Based Centralized Management Application (CMA) provides for full oversight and management of Rental Services which include 14-key operational metrics such as Payment Transactions, Transfers, Holds, Invoicing, Self-Monitoring, Remote Activations and more.

The CMA can manage the distribution of infotainment and hospital content to different patient demographics within the same hospital facility. Patient services can be controlled/filtered based on specialized areas and diverse patient populations. i.e.: Pediatrics, Geriatrics, Psychiatry, Common Areas.

Free TV and media services can be configured to specific area(s) in the hospital on a permanent or ad hoc basis for lockdowns etc. Some examples can include ICUs, Pediatrics, common areas and other medical departments.


Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Dashboards

Hôpitel’s CMA Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Dashboards provide hospital stakeholders measurable values in demonstrating how effectively Hôpitel’s patient infotainment system is achieving its key objectives and targets. The data being generated by Hôpitel’s Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Dashboards is in real time within 5 minutes and can be exported and formatted for reporting purposes and distribution to key hospital stakeholders.
